Two million wishlists and a Top 6 milestone

FLEXUS announced that Dear Passengers has reached two million Steam wishlists and entered the platform's Top 6 most-wishlisted games. The July 31 post follows the studio's earlier reports of 700,000 wishlists in 36 hours, one million in two days and 1.5 million on July 20.

Wishlist totals are private Steam data, so the two-million figure is a developer-reported milestone rather than a public counter. It measures pre-release interest and is not a sales, download or active-player figure.

The public ranking remains at No. 5

Steam's public Top Wishlists page placed Dear Passengers fifth during our August 1 check, one position above the Top 6 result cited in FLEXUS's announcement. A new check on August 11 found the game still in fifth place. Steam can reorder the chart as interest changes and as other games enter or leave the list, so No. 5 remains a dated snapshot rather than a permanent rank.

FLEXUS also said it is preparing a gameplay video that will show more of an actual flight and reiterated that players fully control the plane. The announcement does not provide a publication date for that video.

Release details remain unchanged

The milestone does not change the release schedule. Steam still lists Dear Passengers for Windows PC in 2026 with single-player and online co-op support.

An exact release date, price, maximum online crew size and public-demo date remain unannounced. Players should use the official Steam page and verified FLEXUS channels for future gameplay and release updates.

August 11 verification: no new official announcement

Our August 11 check found no newer Dear Passengers announcement in the official Steam news feed and no newer upload on the FLEXUS Games YouTube channel. The July 31 wishlist post remains the studio's latest Steam announcement.

The Steam store page continues to list a broad 2026 Windows release window with single-player and online co-op. There is still no public demo download, exact release date or price, so this article has been updated rather than creating a separate report without a substantive new announcement.
